New Leadership
Dr. Lee Roberson, founder of Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee would often tell his students, "Everything rises or falls on leadership." While that may have some exceptions, for the most part, the truth of it can be seen in the dwindling fundamental church. Many Bible believing churches have flawed leadership and have lost thier focus.
This is evident throughout the world, as many pastors use up the energy and resourses of their churches to promote denominations, fund-raising, or social programs rather than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. While wasting a vast amount of time and effort battling minor issues, millions of souls are being repulsed by the lack of Godliness and focus which they observe within those churches, and as a result, they consciously decide against Jesus Christ because of such off-focus behavior.
Through the encouragement of Blueprint For Revival Ministries, many churches throughout the world are re-connecting with their mandate from God. The Great Commission, they see, is not a denominational issue, but the task for the Church to bring people to Jesus Christ. Consequently, many pastors have abandoned their denominational ties, and have followed the Lord with a purer and more focused effort to please the Lord, and not men.
While in Ghana, Dr. MacWilliams has participated in the ordination of many of these experienced pastors, and also new pastors whose calling from God and Biblical qualifications have been recognized by a committee of Elders.
At the 2010 trip to Ghana, Blueprint For Revival Ministries ordained over 150 men into the Gospel ministry--one of the largest ordination services ever conducted in West Africa.
